Person Looking At Board

Where Your Footcare Worries Are Laid to Rest

The Shoe Lab

Inside the Lab

When looking at shoes we are looking at 3 things: Density, Stack Height, and Weight. These three things help us determine the stability and the use of each shoe so we can tailor our recommendations so you can remain injury-free

Bringing the Stats to you with Lab Tags

Every shoe that we sell is measured using 4 data points: Density, Stack Height, Drop, and Weight. This allows us to do a number of things for you. The first is a tool to help figure out what is not working for you. We can compare the shoe that isn't working for you to other stats on the wall so we can avoid similar shoes. The second is being able to identify a stable shoe for people in need of a shoe that corrects irregularities in the gait.

Band saw

The band saw allows us to cut shoes in half to view the layers of materials within the shoe.

We are always brainstorming new ideas to bring to the lab, and although the lab has been a crucial part of the process, we have begun utilizing it more, which has led to a brilliant revamping.
