Team RUN wins NEs, through to XC regionals

At the 2015 USATF New England Junior Olympic Cross Country Championship, Team RUN’s 13-14 year-old girls raced at a high level—sweeping the top three spots—and earned a trip to USATF regionals to be held on November 22 at Deerfield Park in Smithfield, RI. Team RUN placed its top five runners in the top 20 and all eight in the top 50 (out of 119 runners), with the top five averaging 14:52.20 …continue…

Brown, Reilly, Colella represent Team Run at Baystate

In Lowell on Sunday, Team Run’s Ethan Brown found himself racing on his virtual home course at the Ashworth Awards Baystate Half Marathon. Brown, who didn’t feel well off the start line and knew he wouldn’t get his goal time, began catching the leading runners eight miles in and kept his pace through the finish to win the race in 1:12:41.7 (averaging a 5:33 min/mile). Lone Gull 10K is all Sang, Rop, Team Run

With his victory at the Nagog Seasons Half Marathon on September 7, 2014, Amos Sang set a new course record in 1:09:52.70 — good for a 5:21 pace overall — and was a streak of Puma blue running down the home stretch. Team Run in top spots at 2nd Annual Nagog Seasons Half Marathon & 5k

No, it wasn’t the world record it looked to be, but Peter Omae’s very own Team Run still took the top slots in the Nagog Seasons 5k on Sunday in Acton, MA. Lauren Lesniak (19:20), James Allen (age 12, 19:26), and Gabby Allen (age 14, 21:26) ran to second, third, and sixth overall, good for first female, second male, and second female.
