Team RUN wins NEs, through to XC regionals

At the 2015 USATF New England Junior Olympic Cross Country Championship, Team RUN’s 13-14 year-old girls raced at a high level—sweeping the top three spots—and earned a trip to USATF regionals to be held on November 22 at Deerfield Park in Smithfield, RI. Team RUN placed its top five runners in the top 20 and all eight in the top 50 (out of 119 runners), with the top five averaging 14:52.20 …continue…

Turkey Trot Season is Back

Despite the warmer-than-usual weather, cross-country season’s grand finale upon us, and Halloween candy-as-fuel still a recent memory, it is time to look toward the holidays and that can only mean one thing: turkey trot season. Each year on Thanksgiving, we look forward to eating a delicious feast with family and friends. But as runners, this only comes after we test our limits at a local road race. Never Give Up: A Baystate Half Marathon Race Report
